APPLICATION AND FEATURES:
Reducing the breakage, our ceramic body reinforcing agent can enhance the strength of the green tile body. At 0.15-0.3% addition, the tile strength will be increased.Also, it has the function of lubricate between slip granits during grinding,saving energy and increasing the efficiency of ball milling and spray.
INSTRUCTION:
Add about 0.15-0.3% ( with regarding to the weight of dry powder) to the tile body slurry before ball mill gringing,the green and dry billet strength can be increased by more than 50% to the actual quantity can be according to the formula by users of pain clay materials proportion and the compressor performance and decide.
There is plastic pellicle inside and is exteriorly packed with plastic woven bag with 25kgs as net weight per bag.
